Ordering and delivery
What do you rent?
Roll-off containers from 8 to 40 yards, portable restrooms and restroom trailers, sink stations and water tanks, temporary fencing and K-rail. We also run a public drop-off site in San Jose for construction and demolition debris.
How fast can you deliver?
Most scheduled deliveries land within 24 to 48 hours. Same-day is possible on some routes if you call before noon. Tell us when you need it and we will tell you what we can do.
Do you serve homeowners or just contractors?
Both, and event planners and property managers too. A single driveway container gets the same driver and the same phone number as a 40-yard on a high-rise job.
How do I get a price?
Call (408) 297-5404 or send the quote form. Every quote is one flat number with delivery, pickup and disposal included, no fuel surcharges. We do not publish prices because the right size and the job change the number.
Where do you deliver?
San Jose and the South Bay for everything we rent, the Peninsula and East Bay for job sites and events, and the whole Bay Area for event restrooms and fencing. See the service area →

Bringing a load to the yard
What is the drop-off site?
A transfer station at 1611 S 7th St in San Jose where anyone can bring construction and demolition debris: concrete, brick, asphalt, wood, drywall, metal and more. Pull onto the scale, dump, weigh out, pay. About 15 minutes.
Who can use it?
Anyone. Contractors, businesses and homeowners. No account needed, no appointment.
How is the price figured?
By the type of material and what it weighs on our scale. A minimum charge applies and a few items carry an added fee. You see the ticket before you pay. Call for today's rate.
How do I pay?
Credit and debit cards, cash, or checks for account customers. No Apple Pay or tap-to-pay yet.
What are the hours?
Monday to Saturday 6 AM to 6 PM. Sunday 7 AM to 5 PM. Holiday hours can change, so call if it is a big day. Hours, directions and what we accept →
Can I bring a big truck or trailer?
Yes. The yard is built for large trucks and trailers, with spotters to guide you in and out.

Renting a container
What sizes do you have?
8, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards. A 15 covers most home remodels, a 20 handles roofing and bigger renovations, and 30s and 40s are for whole-home and commercial work. See the sizes →
How long can I keep it?
Up to 7 days is standard and included in the flat rate. Need it longer? Ask. Extended rentals are available.
What is included in the price?
Delivery, up to 7 days of rental, pickup and disposal up to the weight limit for your size. What can add to it: going over the weight limit, keeping it past 7 days, a mid-job swap, or prohibited items found in the load.
What cannot go in the container?
Hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, paint, solvents, electronics, fluorescent bulbs, wet food garbage and pressure-treated wood. Not sure about an item? Call before you load it.
Can it go on the street?
Driveways and private lots need nothing. Street placement usually needs a permit from your city. We will point you to the right office.
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
There is an added charge by the ton. Heavy material like concrete, dirt or brick fills the limit fast, so tell us what you are tossing and we will size it right.

What kinds of restrooms do you have?
Standard units, ADA-compliant units, units with an interior sink, high-rise half units that ride the freight elevator, crane-lift hanger units, trailer-mounted units and luxury restroom trailers with running water, AC and heat. See them all →
How many restrooms do I need?
A common rule for job sites is one unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week. For events it depends on headcount, hours and whether alcohol is served. Tell us the numbers and we will size it.
How often are they serviced?
Long-term rentals are serviced on a set schedule: pumped, restocked with paper and sanitizer, and wiped down. Busier sites and multi-day events can get more frequent service.
What fencing do you have?
Six-by-twelve temporary fence panels, privacy screens, 10-inch and 20-inch concrete K-rail, and water-fillable wall barricades. Our crew delivers, sets and takes it all down. See fencing & barriers →
How long can I rent?
From a single-day event to a multi-year job site. Pricing is by the number of units and how long you need them, quoted up front as one flat number.
What if I finish early?
Call and we will schedule the pickup. Need to move a unit or add more mid-job? Same number.
